Greetings from the the city of Perplexi (Perplexity aka "Perplex"-city ) in the nation of "Procrasti" (Procrastination)

Communication can be a hot mess! Communication, whether it be through signage, verbal, or nonverbal messaging, can sometimes make you want to scream!

The English language can be quite taxing when trying to communicate. Take for instance a scenario where you are visiting your grandma and you say to your her, "Let's eat grandma!" If said as written, she might think you're a cannibal, but you just want to treat her to dinner. She ends up calling up 911, you almost get arrested, when this could have all been avoided, by saying it in the manner of "Let's eat, grandma."

Thoughts from the 51st State of Confusion, is a podcast that through a humor lens, will look at messages our hosts Lud K. and Annette M. have found over the course of their lives and will mull over during each episode.

While the overall show, will deal with the complexities in trying to process the messaging we come across, we also will take time to talk about weird tourist attractions, technology, and funny happenings in our everyday lives.

You may think the United States has 50 states, but it actually has 51. Welcome to the 51st state: the state of confusion. While subject to change, this podcast will air on a seasonable basis, and our first season of six episodes will start premiering on a weekly basis on October 29th, broadcasting from the the city of "Perplexi", in the state of confusion, in the nation of "Procrasti." So buckle up, enjoy the ride, and keep an open mind, just make sure your brains do not fall out during the process!
