Lud talks about his foreign trips and how in Morocco a lady from the Netherlands wanted to know about what it is about the American health care system that is so complicated. He says to her do you have several hours to discuss and mentions to Annette that he is well versed in health care due to having to train on the Affordable Care Act. However, if he did not do that for a living, he would be so lost.

We taped the AI episode in April/May of this year and i went with X for the parody piece because I thought it fit in nicely having just done an AI episode. However, what you heard was a totally different production from the original piece as national news caused me to have to totally redo the whole bit between May and November.

There are issues with AI where people have used it in court and judges have called them out for the sources used were hallucinations and they were censured. There are other times you rely on AI for info, and it ends up hallucinating where it makes up nonsense.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is not new by any means. It has been around a long time. In terms of its prevalence on the world wide web and adoption by the general public, it has only started to take off since 2022 or so.

Change for a lot of people is hard. Being neurodivergent, I do not need to have this explained to me. However, sometimes when you have a hyper focus of interest in rare instances that may be okay.

The show begins with Annette informing Lud that executives are not happy with how the show is going and are wanting to make changes to the format. As a result, a new host is being brought in immediately. Lud is blindsided by this and we are introduced to Vanessa Vangourd, a very sassy and opinionated no holds barred woman who is not afraid to mix things up.

A visit to the patriotic chicken 8.5 years after that disgusting horrifying meal

This very first skit was inspired from a horrifying story that happened on July 19, 2018. On that evening, a Ride the Ducks vehicle, capsized in Table Rock Lake in the Ozarks region of Branson, MO with 31 people on board.

Planning for this podcast happened way before we even recorded the first episode. The show concept sat in my head since fall of last year and started becoming a reality when Annette indicated her interest in starting a podcast.
